We held our second rally at the Capital and it was a huge success. We carried signs, chanted, handed out flyers and Chicken Little even made an appearance.
There were a lot of "Pro Global Warming" people there. But there also was a lot of "Anti Global Warming" people or "Pro Global Cooling" people as l we like to refer to them as. And they had their own rally. I would say the Pros outnumbered the Cons at least 2 to 1 .

The Associated Press published the photo two years after it was taken. The image was snapped in August, a time when polar icecaps naturally melt and the wider shot would have shown that the bears were near land mass. Oh yeah, and polar bears can swim! All this didn't stop Al Gore from using the photo as emotional propaganda to support his case.

Westwood Hills Nature Center will continue its conversation with the community about global warming this fall by presenting the film, "The Great Global Warming Swindle." The film shows an alternate viewpoint to the one presented in the showing of " An Inconvenient Truth " earlier this year. The city hopes the films will foster a balanced community dialogue on the topic of global warming. This documentary was produced by Martin Durkin and argues against the scientific opinion that human activity is the main cause of global warming. The movie is 90 minutes long with a discussion to follow the movie.

What's the truth about Global Warming? Global Warming is indeed real, but does it have more to do with the natural cycles of the Sun rather than Man-made C02?
"We've almost begun to take it for granted that climate change is a man-made phenomenon. But just as the environmental lobby think they've got our attention, a group of naysayers have emerged to slay the whole premise of global warming."
